At HEIR London, each ring is designed in London and handcrafted in Hatton Garden. Because most pieces are made to order, our delivery timings reflect the care and craftsmanship that go into every ring.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide and deliver to customers in all countries.

How long will my order take?

Made-to-order rings

Most HEIR rings are made to order and handcrafted over 2–3 weeks before dispatch.

Selected sizes in stock

On some occasions, we carry selected sizes that are available for immediate dispatch.

If you need a piece by a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we can confirm availability.

Delivery times after dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, our delivery aims are as follows:

  • UK: Next working day delivery

  • Europe: 3–5 working days

  • USA & International: 5–7 working days

  • Remote destinations: Delivery may take longer depending on location and local customs processing

Which courier do you use?

We ship using Royal Mail.

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary slightly during busy periods or due to customs delays for international orders.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

For international orders, local customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply depending on your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details where available.

Can I get my order sooner?

If you are ordering for a specific date or would like to know whether your size is available for quicker dispatch, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
